Loving brother of Loretta Brown, Robert O'Neal (Julia), Shirley Johnson (deceased), Ralph Vernon O'Neal, Tyrone O'Neal (Donia) Rev.Todd O'Neal (Linda), also Joann Moore, Morris Moore and Diane Box. 13 Grandchildren. Passed Monday, October 9, 2017 Age 63 years. Funeral Service on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Rockdale Baptist Church, 539 Forest Ave. Cincinnati, Ohio 45229.Visitation Friday, October 20, 2017 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Rockdale Baptist Church.
